Most artists describe their work as eccentric. Suzanne’s work defines eccentric. Her flair for design and knack for color seamlessly lend themselves to her art. Her one-of-a-kind creations speak volumes about the individuality of both the creator and the wearer.
Art has been in Suzanne’s life since her childhood. She majored in set design in college, and spent much of her life immersing herself in the artistic neighborhoods of SoHo, midtown Manhattan and Greenwich Village. Like most artists, she still occasionally turns the pages of her early sketchbooks for inspiration. Her current medium has evolved from a humble beginning that was focused on beads and findings and has evolved to include silversmithing and working with PMC. Suzanne finds comfort in the freedom granted by forging her own unique style of jewelry design, and strives to create wearable art worthy of being heirloomed to future generations.
Her own personal style brings a 60’s hippie influence to iconic rockstar glam. She lives a somewhat Bohemian lifestyle, and yearns to submerge further into the world of art. Suzanne possesses a rare quality for an air sign-an inner strength grounded in reality. Her warmth is evidenced by her devotion to her furry friends and through her work. She is a firm believer that “there’s no such thing as too much jewelry!” |
